These terms apply to the cross-border network acceleration, international routes, and subscription services obtained through the 46VPN website and user panel. By accessing, registering for, or using the service, users confirm that they have read and agree to follow these terms. If they disagree with any part, they should stop using the relevant services.
Service Scope and Applicability
46VPN provides cross-border network acceleration and subscription services covering 90+ countries and 200+ routes, with support for Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. The service is intended to improve cross-border access permitted by applicable laws, including access to international websites, streaming services, and network tools. Actual connection results may be affected by the user's location, device environment, target service policies, and route maintenance status.
Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date, and the price difference for an upgrade is prorated across the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and never expire. Users should select a service after confirming the plan traffic, billing method, and intended use. Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT are supported payment methods.
Account and Subscription Rules
No email address is required for registration; a username and password are sufficient. Users must securely store their username, password, subscription details, and user panel credentials, and are responsible for activity under their account. Users bear the consequences of account access or traffic consumption caused by intentionally disclosing, forwarding, or improperly storing their account information.
Each account supports simultaneous use on an unlimited number of devices, but only by the account holder and devices managed personally by that holder. Accounts, subscription links, and route access may not be resold, rented, publicly posted, or shared with unspecified third parties. Users may not affect route resources or other users' normal connections through automated requests, abnormal concurrency, bulk distribution, or other means.
Compliance Requirements
Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable in their location and place of service use, and independently determine whether their accessed content, online activities, and data processing are lawful. The service may not be used to infringe others' rights, distribute unlawful content, conduct network attacks, access systems without authorization, send malicious traffic, carry out fraudulent transactions, or engage in other illegal activities.
If relevant conduct may endanger service facilities, route stability, or third-party rights, 46VPN may take necessary measures, including restricting connections, suspending subscriptions, requiring corrective action, or terminating accounts. When responding to legally valid requests made under applicable rules, the service will process them in accordance with those rules.
Service Availability and Liability
46VPN maintains, adjusts, and troubleshoots routes according to operating conditions, but does not guarantee the same connection performance in every region, with every target service, or at every time. Device configuration, operating system limits, local network quality, upstream network changes, target platform policies, and events beyond reasonable control may cause speed changes, temporary interruptions, or limited functionality.
Users should update client configurations promptly and switch available exits according to route status. To the extent permitted by applicable law, 46VPN is not liable for indirect losses caused by interruptions beyond reasonable control, changes to third-party services, user device failures, or improper user operation. This provision does not affect liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Account Suspension, Termination, and Changes
In cases of unlawful use, resale or public sharing of subscriptions, malicious consumption of route resources, interference with service facilities, impersonation, or serious breach of these terms, 46VPN may suspend relevant connections or terminate an account. Whether users can be notified before action is taken depends on the urgency of the risk and applicable requirements.
These terms may be updated due to changes in service scope, product rules, or applicable requirements. Updates will be published on this page, and the last updated month shown on the page will apply. Continued use after a change means acceptance of the updated terms. Users who disagree with the changes may stop using the service.
Refund Policy
A full, no-questions-asked refund may be requested within 60 days of the first payment. Refund requests must be submitted through the ticket entry in the user panel so the relevant account and transaction records can be verified. Refund processing is subject to the transaction procedures supported by Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT.
After a refund is completed, the subscription benefits associated with that first payment may end, and access to the relevant routes will also stop. For duplicate payments, abnormal payment status, or transactions that cannot be matched, users should provide identifying order details in the ticket so verification can be completed.
